I can not believe how your company gets by with charging for Diagnostics back to back (within weeks). Did NOT find anything the first time and charged me over Diagnostics plus taking electrical apart over for Diagnostics back to back (within weeks). Did NOT find anything the first time and charged me over Diagnostics plus taking electrical apart over $800. Then, truck goes down again SAME EXACT SYMPTONS and charge ANOTHER $200+. Then to top off wants to charge for an altenator $1515.74. I called 3 other places, SAME PART with labor and all 3 state UNDER $1000.00. I have purchased several work trucks from Beau Townsend... NEVER AGAIN! More
