I purchased my truck from this dealership and have used their service department for 20 years. This was the first bad experience. I had just had my transmission fluid and filter serviced during my last s their service department for 20 years. This was the first bad experience. I had just had my transmission fluid and filter serviced during my last service. I had noticed some fluid on my driveway and checked under the vehicle. The transmission fluid was leaking all around the pan. So, when it was due for the 5000 mile Works Package service, I scheduled it with the dealership and told them about the transmission leak. When I checked in, I reminded them of the transmission leak and they took my truck back for service. When the service manager returned, she told me that the technician said the engine was leaking oil but did not say anything about the transmission fluid leak. I said I was shocked and asked about the transmission fluid leak. I explained I had checked under the vehicle and there was no oil leak but that there was fluid all around the transmission pan, I reminded her that I had said all this when I checked in my vehicle. She went back and checked with the technician. When she returned, she said that the technician had typed in the wrong thing and that it was indeed the transmission fluid leaking. (Suspicious.) I then needed to schedule another service appointment to get that fixed. (Frustrating.) More
I hate that they made me bring car in just to tell me they don't have the part and no idea when they will AND I have to drive around without piece on my car until who knows when. Tech called and asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash, picked car up and zero car wash so I don't think a single thing was done but time wasted. More
