Beau Townsend feels classy, is generally affordable, has local appeal, and runs intelligent advertisements. I like Ron Burton (bought two Escapes in the past 5 months from him) because he is a normal guy, doesn't "hawk" you, and allows you to take your time. Beau Townsend's service and Ford's style & quality is the only reason I haven't purchased a Lexus. We were greeted before we were in the building, which at first impression thought it might have been a little to much.
