After terrible expediences at the other 2 Ford dealerships in the area, which i know is no surprise to you guys, i was thrilled with the service i received at Townsend. It can be hard to navigate dealerships in the area, which i know is no surprise to you guys, i was thrilled with the service i received at Townsend. It can be hard to navigate car sales as a female, and all to often i have encountered people who had no interest in helping me. However, as soon as i walked in the door, Pat stood up from his lunch to help me. He was wonderful the whole way though, kept me updated while i was waiting for the car to arrive, and true to his word, called me as my car was rolling off the hauler. He took time to help me set up my entertainment system and phone, and made sure i was comfortable with all the features of the car, before i left the lot. I would recommend both Pat, and Townsend over all others in a 100 mile radius. I will be happy to do business there again. More

I want to look at buying a new truck. Had already been to three other Ford dealers. I felt more comfortable when the salesman as they met me out front instead of hiding in There office.
