I have given the rating that I gave because I went to Beau Townsend for scheduled maintenance on my 2012 Ford Escape and wandered around the dealership looking at cars until Justin Rash approached me and Beau Townsend for scheduled maintenance on my 2012 Ford Escape and wandered around the dealership looking at cars until Justin Rash approached me and offered to show me a 2013 Fusion. I loved it, so he offered me an opportunity to take it on a test drive. I did and loved it even more. Long story short, Justin's professionalism, attentiveness and personable attitude led to me driving home my brand new 2013 Ford Fusion SE - which I love. I also have to mention the assistance provided by JR Rash. When Justin was not available, he was able to pick up where Justin left off providing me assistance with the new wheels I want.
