Beau Townsend's reputation brought me to the door for the first time. We were looking for a Focus for my daughter and we were handled with a great deal of respect from the sales staff. Ultimately we choose a different brand but the experience from BTF was very positive. Well, less than a year later, I was out looking at new cars for myself and stopped in to check out a new Fusion. This time it was on my lunch hour so I didn't have a great deal of time to spend. I was greeted by Dave Towner when I arrived. He knew the product and offered ideas after he listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. We narrowed down what best fit and he put me in a car for a short test drive. Justin was able to answer all of our (many) questions about the Sync system, and we appreciated that he took all the time we needed to talk to him about it. Ken did a great job helping us get an extended warranty from Ford in the price range we were looking for. Overall, I have absolutely no complaints about this fantastic dealership. Al did a good job of informing us about the Ford Escape we purchased. We still have not received the booklet of instructions so I can figure out how to set up the system. I do need that ASAP.
