Sales was excellent. Financial manager not so much. Ron was excellent - no hard sales, nice collaborative attitude. He wanted me to find the car I wanted. The financial side was not so good. I had to repeat myself several times before he realized I meant what I said. He would have misled me on a couple of issues, but I was not interested in the package. I should not have to be forceful to be believed. The woman who answered the phone when I called the dealership on Saturday acted like she was doing me a favor, rather than being a partner in a transaction for the business. If Ron weren't so wonderful with his customer service attitude, the dealership would have lost a sale. More
