Salesman and dealership review I started out with Johnny Gibson, and he was very upfront and helpful. He was also very attentive. The salesperson I wanted to see was Mike Turner an I started out with Johnny Gibson, and he was very upfront and helpful. He was also very attentive. The salesperson I wanted to see was Mike Turner and he was not in when I arrived. Johnny let me test drive the car I was interested and he answered all questions. In the mean time Mike arrived and took over. Mike was very knowledgeable and informative. This time, I stopped in to get the oil changed in my car, spoke with Johnny and soon after the oil change was completed, I was out the door in a new Focus. t wasn't pressured, in our conversation, Johnny said let me know when you're ready. I said I'm here now. That's all it took. I got exactly what I wanted and stayed within my budget. Johnny and Ken Emrick treated me very well and I will be back again (though it may be several years). I started using the Beau Townsend service department with the purchase of our first vehicle from Beau Townsend and will continue to do so because of the great and honest service I've received.
