Great service! I have been looking for cars for a while and we came across one on the BT website that was perfect, and was exactly what I was looking for. We saw the hours of operation and quickly drove to Vandalia to see the car. I guess service was slow, and everyone left early. Justin saw is pull in and stayed behind to help us. We went back the next day to test drive the car. He was extremely helpful with all the information he provided us. I never sensed that he was forcing us or pushing us to buy the car. Once I decided to go through with the purchase he was very aware of my time limits and worked with them as much as possible. I needed to come back the next day to finish the process with my mom, but it was Justin's day off. He came in and finished the process with us and stayed until everything was done. He was an exceptional salesman who truly values his customers. Our favorite part was how casually he dressed. My mom joked saying we wouldn't buy the car from him if he was wearing a tie. It made us feel more comfortable discussing information and working with him. More

The day I went, he was fairly busy with other customers calling or showing up but he multitasked very well and I didn't feel I was getting brushed off. I had a very bad experience with another dealer and with it being my first time getting a car from a dealer, I was a little apprehensive with Beau at first.
