Took our 2020 F250 in for a check out regarding a recall notice and a service. Had already decided to leave the vehicle rather than wait since the recall could take some time to address. Check in and drop o notice and a service. Had already decided to leave the vehicle rather than wait since the recall could take some time to address. Check in and drop off went smoothly. Kayla asked about the service bulletin for the third brake light camera and we discussed that at this time the camera appears to be functioning correctly. The service valet was standing by and was able to take me home without delay. Kayla updated me on the vehicle progress and some additional recommended repairs via text message. I called her and we discussed what the technician was suggesting be done. After getting approval from my financial advisor, was able to approve the additional expenses via text message. Notification of the completion of the service and repairs was done via text message as well. I was completely satisfied with the whole service experience as is usually the case. Would use the Beau Townsend service department in the future without hesitation. More
