Attitude from girl when scheduling service for a recall on my vehicle when I responded to her question "Did you buy your car from here?" I told her no, it's a Ford recall on my Ford vehicle. Her attitude continued when she told me they'd call with my appointment reminder and I asked for an email or text instead. Drop off was easy and pickup was easy, just a little disappointed that I didn't get my complimentary car wash as there was several cars ahead of mine. (Received a text stating my vehicle was ready for pickup) A few bumps but overall happy. More

I would recommend the sales department - and Justin Jacobs - to anyone! He is honest and straightforward and will work to get you the best deal he can while being clear about his limitations. He will go above and beyond to teach you about the vehicle and is truly knowledgeable about his product. I have been disappointed in the service department. My husband bought a used F250 from Beau Townsend last year with the $3k extended warranty. The truck has had various issues and the extended warranty has not covered any of them. As a matter of fact, the truck comes out with more issues than it went in with. Because of this we refused the extended warranty on the brand new Bronco we purchased and will take it anyone else for service if needed. More
