Was very happy with Mike on the sales staff. The employees I worked with at Beau Townsend Ford were very patient and understanding about my concerns with buying my first new car. I was nervous to buy the first car I test drove and the employee said very patient and understanding about my concerns with buying my first new car. I was nervous to buy the first car I test drove and the employee said OK, why don't you try a different car to make sure, I ended up loving the second option and it was the car I walked away with. Overall everyone was very friendly and they seemed to really car about me walking away with the right car for me. More

They were all well informed about there products and duties. They made my feel relaxed and didn't try to push me though the system. They let me take as mush time as I needed and I think I got a great duties. They made my feel relaxed and didn't try to push me though the system.
