Beau Townsend Ford was recommended to me by my mechanic. They were friendly and honest. I'd contacted them via email about an Edge. The pricing was fair and they treated us with respect. We were greeted promptly. Josh showed us what we asked for and did not try to sell us a more expensive car. He is knowledge and polite and friendly. The only down part was the fact that we were originally told of a $750.00 rebate and then told that we couldn't have that rebate. No explanation given. We always take our car and truck here for service. They do a great job. They are friendly, courteous, efficient and get the job done in a timely manner. Today we had an urgent need as our brakes were exper do a great job. They are friendly, courteous, efficient and get the job done in a timely manner. Today we had an urgent need as our brakes were experiencing a problem that came on with no warning while we were driving this morning. They got us in right away, quickly found the problem and had us back on our way in about 4 hours. Since we live nearly 30 miles from the dealership and only one of us is able to drive they even gave us a loaner car so we could finish our errands and have lunch. There are other dealerships closer to us, but Beau Townsend has the best service and we would never take our vehicles anywhere else. More

Always have had a very successful experience with your service department. Jack has always taken care of me and has done so in a very quality and thorough manner. I am planning to buy new all season tires for my Flex from BT thru Jack as your prices are better than Tire Rack and far less hassle. Also bought my Flex as well and as F350 from Mike Turner and was absolutely great in every wasy! Thanks to both of them. More
