I worked with a Brant, super pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. He arranged for me to drive multiple vehicles, and fully explained the technology and attributes of each. Both of the technicians were very professional. I had a problem with one area and that was when I made my appointment I was not informed of the matter in which I could pay. I was never informed if I used my credit card it was 3% charge. When a customer make an appointment they should be told that up front. Other than that I was very pleased with the service. More
