Horrible service by all means Between the days of January 20-23, 2017 my boyfriend and I stopped up to look at a new vehicle. I then test drove a 2017 Subaru Legacy and loved it. H Between the days of January 20-23, 2017 my boyfriend and I stopped up to look at a new vehicle. I then test drove a 2017 Subaru Legacy and loved it. However, it was over my price budget. I then test drove a 2017 Subaru Crosstrek, which was unfortunately the limited model and I was unable to afford that model. However, I loved the car! So, then I set up an appointment with Tom Howard. I let him know that my father would be coming up with me to look at it. My father then did he research and found a gray 2017 Subaru Crosstrek that was a basic model with a sunroof. Which I was then happy with when I seen it. My father e-mailed Mr. Howard letting him know that I was interested in the 2017 Crosstrek and that we would be up there the next weekend to maybe make a deal. A few days after my father emailed him, my father emailed him again and said "hey, my daughter and I will be up there this weekend to look at the 2017 Subaru Crosstrek in gray with the sunroof. I'll be there around 11 or 12". He then replied and said "Okay, how about you come in earlier then that time (he then gave my father a time before 11)". That saturday January 28th came around (I was at work) and my father drove up to this dealer all the way from Council Bluffs. He then sat there for about 20 minutes before someone came over and assisted him. Needless to say this other guy (not Tom) was helping my dad for about 2 hours. I don't remember the guys name who came over. However, as the guy was getting paperwork together for my father.. Next thing you know.. After 2 hours... Tom walks over and goes "are you the one who is here to check out the 2017 gray subaru crosstrek?" and my dad is like "yes". Tom Howard stated that he had SOLD the vehicle just 1 hour prier to my father arriving there. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER! He made my father sit there for 2 HOURS before telling him that he sound it. We then took our business to Baxter Subaru. Even when I owned a Chevy, I ALWAYS had problems with Beardmore! More
No game of cat and mouse. I came in Saturday 06/17 at 5 pm and Both Tom and Jerry help get me into a new 2017 Subaru Impreza. I had previously came in on 06/04 with my fiance a I came in Saturday 06/17 at 5 pm and Both Tom and Jerry help get me into a new 2017 Subaru Impreza. I had previously came in on 06/04 with my fiance and she got into a new legacy. It wasn't hard to sell me on Subaru as I still own a 1998 Impreza Outback sport. I think both Jerry and Tom can tell you I am not the easiest to work with when it come to buying a new car but they did a great job and they will always have a customer when it comes time for me to get a new car. More

I went in with very low expectations on being able to get anything close to what I had, but Jerry seriously pulled through for me and got me into a better car (still brand spankin' new), and for a better price than I was already paying. This team they have out there is seriously the best. I will return for any future vehicle purchases and absolutely recommend friends, family, and anyone else in the market for a vehicle, to visit Beardmore Subaru. More

We told him what we had to work with and what we couldn't go over and Jerry worked his magic and made it happen. My fiancé and I couldn't be happier. I'd definitely recommend anyone and everyone to go to Beardmore Subaru! The experience is personable and they make sure you leave happy!!! More

Working with Sales Consultant Quincy Hunt makes leasing/buying a great experience. He, along with Ryan Gardner in finance and the professional folks in the service department, made me feel welcome and at ease. Quincy and Ryan worked patiently to help us lease a 2017 Legacy Sport. We are big fans of the Subaru especially for its all wheel drive/traction control. Overall the Subaru Impreza and Legacy are the perfect car for my family. Promised repairs the did nothing now 4th time New Crosstrek 2016 that had damage to front bumper and was promised it would be repaired. THEY had the car for a week and when we got it back, ot was New Crosstrek 2016 that had damage to front bumper and was promised it would be repaired. THEY had the car for a week and when we got it back, ot was exactly as it was before. SO essentially they parked it for a week and once again did nothing. Seriously this dealership is the worst. More

Worst Servive Period Bought a brand new (or was supposed to be a brand new) Crosstrek 2016. Someone stole the navigation chip out of it. Was told that would be remedied qu Bought a brand new (or was supposed to be a brand new) Crosstrek 2016. Someone stole the navigation chip out of it. Was told that would be remedied quickly, that took a month to resolve and 3 trips to the dealership. The first trip to the dealership to have the work done, we waited for 6 hours to find out that they did nothing on the car; when they were supposed to be fixing the damage to the paint and the chip to the navigation system. They apologized, like that did anything but anger me further, and scheduled another day for me to have to waste to bring the car back to them. Trip 2, we brought it in and they were supposed to fix the navigation system. They didn't but they did to the rust proofing and the female in the service department commented that we were not going to see that navigation chip "any time soon." They were great about rust proofing the vehicle, but I suppose that was so we did not cancel that $900.00 add-on because of the lousy service on everything else. There was a blemish on the drivers door, they just sanded that off and left damage to the clear coat (swirl marks). When we originally bought it, we did not notice until we washed it the first time that it had been driven it into something and they had damaged the front bumper, it was noted and they were supposed to have this fixed. I called today( now 2 months later) and low and behold, they never even bothered to order the parts for this supposed brand new car. First time Subaru owner and wouldn't buy another one due to this experience ever and in fact, If it wasn't for the fact that we have already titled the vehicle, bought extended warranty on it and are upside down on the loan due to the value. I would be getting a lawyer and filing for breach of contract and they could have this vehicle back. It sucks on long trips, it is loud to the point that if you are going to take it on a trip wear ear plugs or your ears will ring for days because of the decibels. As far as legal action, that is still an option. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER YOU WILL REGRET IT! More
