This was the best experience my husband and I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. We were very direct with Cedric, our sales person, about the type and length of payment that would work. He was courteous, friendly, and did not do the standard, "Sure, no problem!" only to find out as things progressed the payments would be way more. Cedric was honest and he and his finance manager Robert did not play games going back and forth on the price, which we appreciated. We were given time to think about the purchase and drive the vehicle without lots of pressure to make an instant decision. I would highly recommend this salesperson, Cedric, and this dealership to ANYONE looking for a vehicle, but not wanting a big headache during and after the transaction. Thanks, Todd Archer! More
I stopped in to get some touch up paint for my 2012 Hyundai Tuscon and talked with Darryl in service about some scratches on the vehicle. He called Jeff in the body shop, Jeff took my vehicle, buffed out the scratches and even put on the touch up paint I had just gotten. This all happened in a very short period of time and when Jeff returned my vehicle, it had been washed and was ready to go. I cannot say enough about how GREAT your team is! The salesman who sold me the new vehicle, Jared N, saw me there, came over and asked how I was doing and about how I liked my Tuscon and if everything was going OK. Until "discovering" this service department our 2003 XG350 had been ill maintained because I avoided the other service departments in the area. We had such bad luck trying to get good service we felt we needed to trade to have a car we could trust. The trade would not have been for another Hyundai. We had a list of issues with our car, many of which were created by less than careful service elsewhere. Each of the issues has now been addressed and it operates better, at 105000 miles, than we had expected possible. Many of the problems were corrected under warranty which was a very happy surprise. At our first conversation with Joseph we immediately thought we had come to the right place. The service we have received since has convinced us that initial assessment was correct. We are now out of "corrective mode" and all service is being done by Todd Archer. We have also decided to keep the car for a while. When we do trade, it will likely be for another Hyundai and it will be serviced at this dealership. More
