When i first purchased my car from Todd Archer in 2011 i was happy, but that didnt last long. a week after i had it the check engine light was on. Ray in services said it was probably nothing so it stayed was happy, but that didnt last long. a week after i had it the check engine light was on. Ray in services said it was probably nothing so it stayed that way for a while..then darrell started taking care of things for me and found the true problem. Many times i have taken my car in just for an oil change. Twice they didnt put enough oil in my car...they always blare my radio and have my ac on max. when you are working outside of my car their is no need for that. its my car not the mechanics. very rude and disrespectful! Now i just got my car back saying it was done...and it leaked trans. fluid all over they had to tow it back and now for the 2nd week it still aint fixed. I really can't stand this place. They have awful service. I wouldn't trust my car with them on anything. More
Today, my faith in humanity was renewed. I have been ill recently, and thus, it has been difficult to get my car in for some service work that was definitely needed. However, due to issues with a medication recently, and thus, it has been difficult to get my car in for some service work that was definitely needed. However, due to issues with a medication, I was not able to drive the car in to the dealership. I spoke to Ray Sewell, and he agreed to come and pick up my car personally so that the work could be done. Some of the work had to do with a Hyundai recall, but the service that I paid for was only $23.92. Still, he came to my residence and picked my car up, and he returned it after the work was done. Wow! I am so impressed! What great customer service! I would recommend this dealership to anyone! More
Service manager and service representative were not very courteous about my rail dust problem. They both made me fell bad for showing them where the rail dust was still very obvious. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN I understand if there is something you cannot fix, but if you cannot fix it, say so.. don't just say you're going to fix it then not.! Also, don't tell a customer that you would have tried harder to fix something if it would have been a 'paid' job. If i buy a clay bar and get the rail dust out myself, i'll be sure to let you know! More

I felt like I was the only person there, but in a good way. They were helpful, friendly and overall very understanding. From the moment I drove into the lot, I expected the usual car dealership pressu way. They were helpful, friendly and overall very understanding. From the moment I drove into the lot, I expected the usual car dealership pressure. But they just did as I asked without trying to talk me into to anything. They offered more services but took a no thank you with a smile. They are 3 hours from my home however I will defiantly make the drive the next time I need something. I have closer dealerships but they always make me feel unimportant and like they are just out to get that extra dollar from me. My Hyundai was bought used and is a 2007, I love it. Now I found a dealership that I would be willing to purchase my next vehicle from. Thank you so much, if sales are anything like service they have won a customer. More
Both Ray and Darrell have continuously gone out of there way to offer me great service. They are both extremely honest about what service and parts are not really necessary. Darrell Woodin is awesome. He is our service rep for both of our Hyuandai Sonatas. He is always courteous, attentive to our needs, answering all of our questions, very professional, thorough with the detail of our Hyuandai Sonatas. He is always courteous, attentive to our needs, answering all of our questions, very professional, thorough with the details explaining what is needed to fix the situation with our cars and cost. A problem with the brakes caused us to visit the dealer. The Service Advisor determined that there was a problem with the brakes and had the work done. Great work by courteous, professional people. I spoke with Ray Sewell when I first called in with problem did not like his attitude. Took the car in on 5/16/13 & car was not fixed & on 5/31/13 the air did not work. Called & spoke with Darrell Wood problem did not like his attitude. Took the car in on 5/16/13 & car was not fixed & on 5/31/13 the air did not work. Called & spoke with Darrell Woodlin & took it to him that day to show had no air he set up appt 6/3/13 & gave us a loaner & the car was fixed this time. I new when they had it the first time they did not take care of the problem & charged us $132.34 to evac & refill & add dye so they could find the leak two weeks later. Very unhapp7 & Darrell is a wonderful customer service rep. More
