We were visiting Omaha from St. Louis for a medical workup at Nebraska Medicine. Our Santa Fe lost power, and required parts and service to get back on the road. What i found most enjoyable about my experience besides the amazing job that your outside technician completed on the tear in my steering wheel and the scuff in the suede interior; the customer service I r the amazing job that your outside technician completed on the tear in my steering wheel and the scuff in the suede interior; the customer service I received from John, Jay and Kevin is beyond a blessing. I have only gone in there twice and during those visits they brought laughter and joy to the start of my day. They treat me with respect and understanding that is truly valued and what is lacking in the service industry nowadays. I do pray that these words express how much I appreciate them making me priority one and not a woman that is a nuisance. More
I purchased a new car in October from A different dealer. Less than 5 days of driving and I ran over a nail. Got the tire plugged. What does that have to do with this dealer/company???!!?? I made a claim for my plugged tire to be replaced. Came to this location and did not leave with a new tire, left without using the tire warranty package, was told that the plugged tire was not the problem’ Was told I needed to replace the valve on the tire, spent over $90; ($1,600 for the tire warranty). and today,the tire pressure dropped again on the same plugged tire that I asked to be replaced but was not replaced. I Was told that it was the shop that repaired my tire who broke the valve and since the plug wasn’t leaking that I could not use my tire warranty…. So, if I needed a new valve, that was supposedly fixed….why has the same tire loss air pressure again. So, again I have to be inconvenienced again to get my tire fixed or the valve fixed on a brand new car. And NO I didn’t purchase the vehicle here. But they were listed as a dealer who accepted the tire warranty coverage. I am a single mother who travels a lot and do not feel safe driving a car that has a tire losing air even after it was supposedly repaired…. You have to listen to customers and give them what they ask for and need. Why are women always treated differently when it comes to vehicle needs??? More
The 2017 Elantra motor was shaking when idling and then the engine light on the dash was lighting up intermittently. Then the engine light was staying on all the time, so took it into Beardmore Hyundai to the engine light on the dash was lighting up intermittently. Then the engine light was staying on all the time, so took it into Beardmore Hyundai to be checked. Took it in 7/27/23, 7:30 am, and when checked on it that afternoon about 3 pm, service advisor said the mechanic had put in new spark plugs and the light had not come on again on test drive. I did not drive it except bringing it home for a few days- maybe a week. When I drove it again, had difficulty starting it and it ran "rough when idling, then seemed ok. Motor still seemed to ride rough when idling and engine light would come on. By 8/8 the engine light was staying on all the time again, so called for service appt. They scheduled us in a couple of days, and took it in on 8/10. 7:30 am. Called at 3 pm, and service advisor said that the mechanic had "moved a few things around" and car was running ok on test drive, but they wanted to keep it overnight and drive it some more. Called on 8/11 and same story. Called on Saturday, 8/12 and same story. Said they had to keep it until Monday. Monday am they called us and said car was ready to pick up. Said they had driven it again, and engine light came and car drove smoothly. They still charged $167.50 for diagnosis, although not new parts needed. We said that perhaps their diagnosis on 7/27 did not find the whole problem, as the car did not function well for the few times we drove it in between the services. But they still charged us $167.50 for the second diagnosis! Would never buy another car there even though previously we had bought 3 Hyundai cars there. More
Kevin, the Service Manager is amazing. I used to go to Chevy Service, then Kevin moved and I followed him to Hyundai. I won't go anywhere else for my car. Our Tucson is still under warranty. Something went wrong, had to have it towed to Beardmore.
