Purchased a used car, they failed to complete the inspction prior to the sale selling a possible stolen vehicle, made me go up there 3 times for the inspection to tell me it was already done then fai inspction prior to the sale selling a possible stolen vehicle, made me go up there 3 times for the inspection to tell me it was already done then failed to provide the paperwork to the DMV so I could not plate the car in the 30 day timeframe. However their manager very quickly resolved the situation by picking up the car inspecting it and delivering the paperwork to he DMV. Overall pain in the butt but kudos to the manager. More
I recently took my daughter to buy a used car to get her to school and work, she had saved money for quite some time. She was swindled into buying a used car for the amount of money she had in her pocket, t to school and work, she had saved money for quite some time. She was swindled into buying a used car for the amount of money she had in her pocket, took the car home on Friday and low and behold it was leaking radiator fluid every by the time we got home that night.. We talked to the salesperson ED on Saturday (the following) day. HE agreed to fix the hose but only if we paid the cost! I said No I dont think so, I told them they needed to fix it. and they did agree to that. We took the car in on Monday they got it into their shop, and what did they find... A Cracked Radiator the cost to fix $380.00, & they wanted my daughter to pay for that! After several phone calls and going down to Todd Archer Hyundai in Bellevue, NE the Manager, Gary Berton would not budge on the matter he still demanded we pay for half, even though we had the car less the three days and drove it MAYBE 10 miles at the most & those miles were driving to and from their location. The still refused to pay for the repair of the radiator, This dealership is a JOKE, they have NO cutomer Service, they are in such a hurry to sell you a car but not willing to take car of any issues for the car, I would NOT recommed anyone to purchase a car from T. Archer, they dont care or even check out the cars before selling them, (Gary Berton the General Manager, even told us that) They just want the car off the lot and money in their pockets no matter who they SCREW in the end. Gary Berton I hope they fire your A** you have ZERO Respect for your customers!!!! More
I recently purchased a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe and this dealership is absolutely great. I buy 1-2 cars per year and this dealer is one of the best ever. Straight shooters with no bait-switch bull. They dealership is absolutely great. I buy 1-2 cars per year and this dealer is one of the best ever. Straight shooters with no bait-switch bull. They gave me a really fair value on my trade and sold me the new vehicle at an outstanding price. Ken "Curly" Mason is an honest salesman and is really interested in making you happy. He spent more time trying to help me find the perfect vehicle than any saleman I can remember. The sales manager, Roger is also great. He doesn't mince words and gave me the best deal on the first try. If you are looking in the Omaha area, I'd shop all the other dealers 1st then go to Todd Archer last, you won't regret your decision. Please see "Curly" and mention to him the you were recommended to him by Nick Costanzo. More
I have recently bought 2 new vehicles from Todd Archer Hyundai and send all of my family and friends in to see them. The experience before and after the sale has always been a pleasure. The last time I ha Hyundai and send all of my family and friends in to see them. The experience before and after the sale has always been a pleasure. The last time I had an oil change they picked up my car and brought it back to me. While I was still working! I work a very tiring schedule and it is important for me to get things done by certain deadlines. So it is ver appreciated that I get this kind of service. How many other places do you know that will do that? When I bought my vehicle the whole experience was a breeze. I went in selected my car. Got to take it home over the weekend and returned on Monday to sign papers. There was no hassle and no lies like you will recieve from other dealers. Anyone who would not recommend this dealership is a fool and should make sure that they are at the dealer when actual people are there! If they say they had a bad or hard time here then they must have walked in to somewhere else and mistaken the name. I have sent several members of my family, friends, and co-workers to shop here. All of them have been completely satisfied. If I knew someone who was not I would refuse to claim them!I have bought two vehicles here and have not ever had a bad experience. I am very assured that I never will. Sincerely, Robert J. Bartunek More
My husband and I had discussed looking for a new vehicle to replace my Chevy Trailblazer. My husband went on line and completed research on many types of cars and SUV's. We were looking for something reli to replace my Chevy Trailblazer. My husband went on line and completed research on many types of cars and SUV's. We were looking for something reliable, safe and comfortable and within a price and loan that was workable. The salesman (Ken M) meet me when I arrive to drive different vehicle types and explained in detail the features and safety benefits. He inquired on how I use my vehicles, work, travel, children. After discussion of my needs to have a vehicle to get back and forth to work with and traveling required frequently to Kansas and Misourri with family including grandchildren, Ken sent me out to test drive an Entourage Van. I loved it. It was late in the evening after work and my husband was not with me that evening so Ken arranged for me to take it home for the night to have my husband try it out. When the two of us returned the following day, we meet with several people shopping for vehicles and heard them in the lobby explaining the difficulties they had encountered at the different dealerships in town. Ken seen us in the show room, took us to has area where he answered in detail all the questions and concerns. My husband had research the blue book values on my trade-in and the new vehicle and was ready to deal if they were ready to be fair expecting the run-around. It never happened! We received a quote more than fair for our trade and given a terrific deal on our new Entourage Van. Bob (the finance King!), was able to acquire a truly wonderful loan rate that actually improved with the terms and lowered our payment. We got more than we expected, the service department was able to get additional wireless headphones for the on-board DVD player for the grandchildren so each could have their own. We have showed and bought with Todd Archer and his group of wonderful staff before and will continue to do it again. We would recommend them to our family and friends anytime and have. They have never disappointed! More
We were blatantly lied to twice. The first time the told me they were sure we could get the deal we were looking for after pulling our credit. We dragged our four children down to the dealership and spoke me they were sure we could get the deal we were looking for after pulling our credit. We dragged our four children down to the dealership and spoke with our salesman. The knew our monthly payment cap and that we were putting 0 down, but would not try to leave it alone. After being haggled with for half an hour we started to pack out kids and leave. They then stuck with a 0 down, but still $30 over our monthly max payment. We left and the next day got a call that yes they will take our offer. We made sure that the deal was $0 down and our budgeted payment. We arranged a meeting at 3pm to sign the deal. They then showed their deal ($80 over our max) and said they were loosing money as it is. They then haggled for only $7 more than our max. I told them that “no, you lied to me twice and are wasting my time.” More
Until "discovering" this service department our 2003 XG350 had been ill maintained because I avoided the other service departments in the area. We had such bad luck trying to get good service we felt w XG350 had been ill maintained because I avoided the other service departments in the area. We had such bad luck trying to get good service we felt we needed to trade to have a car we could trust. The trade would not have been for another Hyundai. We had a list of issues with our car, many of which were created by less than careful service elsewhere. Each of the issues has now been addressed and it operates better, at 105000 miles, than we had expected possible. Many of the problems were corrected under warranty which was a very happy surprise. At our first conversation with Joseph we immediately thought we had come to the right place. The service we have received since has convinced us that initial assessment was correct. We are now out of "corrective mode" and all service is being done by Todd Archer. We have also decided to keep the car for a while. When we do trade, it will likely be for another Hyundai and it will be serviced at this dealership. More

Its great that they are actually worried about your satisfaction rip me off. So i went over to Todd Archer, i got excellent service and a great deal. Its great that they are actually worried about your satisfaction and finding you the best possible deal. I recommended him to all my friends and family and they all loved the service and experience. They made buying my new car as easy as possible. I was also grateful that Todd was the one to help me which proves he's a good man and cares about his customers unlike some other dealers. I would with out a doubt recommend him to anyone. He can get you any car you want and you can be sure he has your best interests in mind. More
Dealer attempted to scam daughter, first told her she was preapproved for a used car that cost more than her brand new car, then paid her $4000 less than what the car was worth for trade-in, added that to th preapproved for a used car that cost more than her brand new car, then paid her $4000 less than what the car was worth for trade-in, added that to the loan. Then, 24 hours latter when daughter learned it was a scam, refused to let her out of the deal. The only good that came out of this was that daughter learned a lesson, and that since she had not in fact "been approved", the dealer has let her out of the loan since all the bank have now turned her down and the dealer has given her orginal car back. When giving the original car back, the dealership was very rude to us, I think that they were just sad they lost a great deal of money on what would have been a bad deal for my daughter. Worst car buying experience ever. More
