Incrediblemulk, Could you please provide a few more details to help us investigate this problem? We need the date of purchase and the salesman/finance manager's name also. We understand that you may want to remain anonymous, but without those details we cannot know what happened. Todd Archer Hyundai employs ONLY Nebraska State Licensed Salespeople, and is in excellent standing with ALL of the Lenders we work with. I am not sure why you would have been told otherwise. To address the paperwork concern, I can say that mistakes do happen....but again without further details we cannot address the problem currently. You did state, however, that we sent a person over IMMEDIATELY with correct paperwork, and I feel that is the best we could do to correct an error at that time.

At Todd Archer Hyundai we strive to treat each and every one of our customers as thoughtfully and respectfully as possible, understanding the fact that although we shoot for perfection, at times, through customer perception, it may seem that we have fallen short. It is unfortunate that in this situation our customer feels like we have not been fair, and for that, we are sorry. The truth is that we did have a CONDITIONAL approval for their transaction. Because of this, we did have them sign a “Supplement of Sale” contract that states that this deal was subject to lender approval. We did our best to work with the bank on their behalf and eventually we did get the bank to concede. They were finally willing to give these people a chance. However, they did not agree to the terms set forth by the bank. We then went a step further and agreed to a lower price on the car in order to make up the difference. This, in fact, lowered their payment to less than what was originally agreed upon. The deal was never completed due their refusal to re-sign the contracts. As our commitment to customer satisfaction is strong, we will continue to improve how we communicate with our customers in order to reduce confusion and avoid these unfortunate types of incidents in the future.
