I am writing this AFTER reading all of the reviews posted on this web site. Frankly I am amazed at the number of people that have rated this dealership so low. I have been buying new cars for over 30 years on this web site. Frankly I am amazed at the number of people that have rated this dealership so low. I have been buying new cars for over 30 years and this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. Patrick was both our car salesman and the finance manager, since he occasionally wears both hats in the dealership. Patrick was courteous, respectful, low-key and professional at all times. I would definitely recommend purchasing a car from this dealership and specifically from Pat. This was a GREAT experience buying a car. I have some words of advice for those reading this site before buying a vehicle. I too work in a retail environment and have found that "unhappy customer" tend to misremember some of the facts and exaggerate the severity of their problem. Read the negative comments here with the understanding that those with an ax to grind will try to sharpen it on the only people that can help them. With the advent of the internet (you are reading this right) do your research. Don't make assumptions about the value of your new purchase or your trade-in. Support your position with facts will help you get the deal you want. CarMax will give you a written offer to buy your trade under its current condition. Knowing a fair market price for the new vehicle and the trade puts you in a better position to accept a reasonable offer. Finally be realistic. The dealership needs to make money to be in business to service your vehicle (and hopefully sell you another in the future if they satisfy your needs). They won't and can't sell you a new $30,000 car for $10,000 and/or offer you $30,000 trade-in value for your $10,000 car. Armed with FACTS puts you in the best position to ask for and receive a fair deal. Isn't this all any of us want. I went to the dealership prepared with this information and made it clear to Pat that I had done my research. They immediately offered me a fair purchase price for the vehicle we chose. It took about 30 minutes for them to concede to my trade value, but armed with a written offer and my willingness to shop elsewhere brought the negotiation to a quick conclusion. The final paperwork is exhaustive, but necessary. Anyone that complains that they weren't told something has misremembered, because you have signed a form for every aspect of the deal before you leave. This is the same for any dealership so you should expect 30-45 minutes when you reach the finance office. If you buy on a busier day expect a wait to reach the office, that's just the way it is. To sum it up, I'll be back!! Everything was average or better and we loved the experience and the way we were treated. Great place to buy a Hyundai! More

We were very nervous about how the vehicle was going to come to Nebraska, but he was very reassuring to us that there would not be a problem. The first minute you see it your in love. After a tiresome two week search for a used car within my payment capabilities, I ended up at Todd Archer and they quickly and painlessly got me in a great used car. I bought a car today, and I could not be happier. I hate going to car lots, but somebody gave me Laurie's name and I gave her a call earlier in the week. My credit is not the best and I had been turned down at several places. CarHop said they could help, but the cars they had picked out for me were like 10 years old, and higher miles. I totally did not expect to get into the car Laurie picked out for us. She had everything ready when we got there and everything went smoothly. She actually made the whole experience fun and easy. I highly recommend her, and the whole dealership, to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Julie More

Jon's communication via email was outstanding. We had an appointment to view two vehicles and the late hours this dealership offers worked for our work schedules. We were not rushed but finished in a timely manner. We arrived at 7:30, test drove 2 vehicles and were out at 9:30 with the paperwork and our vehicle. This dealership closes at 9. We had pre approved financing but the finance manager who was actually celebrating his birthday stayed late and was able to secure a lower percentage rate for us which helped seal the deal. The customer service was excellent, staff friendly and was an overall good experience. We added a tow package to our vehicle and Jon is going to follow up with us to assist in that addition and has already scheduled that appointment. This dealership is not the brass and shiny building and it is in an older part of town but I was not buying the dealership. I purchased a used quality Hyuandi SUV, certified, added a tow package and additional warranty so I feel secure for the next 5 years. We paid a fair price for our vehicle and we had a great experience purchasing our Hyundai Sante Fe Limited. More
