Jeff was a fair dealer, he understood where i was coming from, very laid back. Did not pressure me into a sale, and was able to work for me to get a good price on a car I know I will enjoy. I spoke with Ray Sewell when I first called in with problem did not like his attitude. Took the car in on 5/16/13 & car was not fixed & on 5/31/13 the air did not work. Called & spoke with Darrell Wood problem did not like his attitude. Took the car in on 5/16/13 & car was not fixed & on 5/31/13 the air did not work. Called & spoke with Darrell Woodlin & took it to him that day to show had no air he set up appt 6/3/13 & gave us a loaner & the car was fixed this time. I new when they had it the first time they did not take care of the problem & charged us $132.34 to evac & refill & add dye so they could find the leak two weeks later. Very unhapp7 & Darrell is a wonderful customer service rep. More

My salesman worked very well with me, it actually took me several weeks to decide on a vehicle...
