Darrell Woodin is awesome. He is our service rep for both of our Hyuandai Sonatas. He is always courteous, attentive to our needs, answering all of our questions, very professional, thorough with the detail of our Hyuandai Sonatas. I spoke with Ray Sewell when I first called in with problem did not like his attitude. Took the car in on 5/16/13 & car was not fixed & on 5/31/13 the air did not work. Called & spoke with Darrell Wood problem did not like his attitude. Took the car in on 5/16/13 & car was not fixed & on 5/31/13 the air did not work. Called & spoke with Darrell Woodlin & took it to him that day to show had no air he set up appt 6/3/13 & gave us a loaner & the car was fixed this time. I new when they had it the first time they did not take care of the problem & charged us $132.34 to evac & refill & add dye so they could find the leak two weeks later. Very unhapp7 & Darrell is a wonderful customer service rep. More

I didn't spend hours sitting around while they tried to sell me overpriced stain guarded trunk mat with color matching driving gloves. Folks reading this know exactly what I'm talking about, all the unnecessary 'up sales' that happen after you've chosen the car to purchase that wastes so much of your time. No, this dealership is straight to the point, and the point is, they just want to sell outstanding cars at outstanding prices. On a scale of 1-10 Todd Archer Hyundai is a 10! I have and will continue to send people I know to purchase their cars from Todd Archer Hyundai. More
