DO NOT GO HERE! Left my car to be serviced for frozen windshield wiper fluid picked it up and there was a huge dent and scratches on my car. They reviewed their tapes and one of THEIR customers hit and ran my vehicle. Police were unable to locate the guy and the current manager refuses to provide me their insurance info, they say the general manager, who is also the owner, is out of town and another story I was given is he had back surgery. They refused to give me the general manager's, contact info so I can speak to him directly. Told me trying to hold them responsible for the damage is like parking my car at Wal-Mart and another customer hitting it and me expecting Wal-Mart to fix it and I was ridiculous. I trusted my car in "their possession" it was their responsibility to take care of my vehicle and I left with it worse off than when I dropped it off. I am in contact w/ a lawyer, bbb, the investigator for the state licensing board, and several others. Worse customer service ever! More
I purchased a used low mileage used Elantra for my college aged daughter at this dealership. Arnold Lane was the salesperson who advised me the vehicle had just gone through the standard muti-point inspection that is conducted on all used cars. I advised him and his manager that I would be driving the vehicle home to Maryland and wanted to make sure it was safe to drive. I repeatedly asked for a copy of the multi-point Inspection Report on the day I paid (cash) for the car and was promised I would receive that but in the end, Arnie refused. I noted the two front tires looked low on air and he assured me there was sensor that would tell me if that was the case. Two days later, driving 70 mph on I-80, both front tires went flat and I almost lost control of the car. There is no "sensor" on the tires. I had the car towed and the auto shop showed me that all four tires (original to the 2007 car) were suffering dry rot. The air was literally seeping from the sides of the tires. I faxed the dealer copies of the bills for towing and the 4- tire purchase. When I called the dealer to complain that they sold me a defective car and knowingly put my life at risk without mentioning the tires were bad, they offered me no apology, no compensation, and not even the inspection report. It would have indicated a problem with the tires and by concealing that information, they did not have to make that adjustment on the price. I think this is the sign of an inferior dealership. They endangered a customer and would not make it right. I am grateful to have not flipped the car or handed off an unsafe car to my daughter on the word of Arnie Lane. More
We were looking for a specific model of Hyundai and Patrick was very helpful and had a vehicle available. We have a limited budget and he worked with us to find a price pt we could agree on. We ended up leasing when we would have preferred to purchase the vehicle. We have not Leased before and are not 100% comfortable with that. We are repeat Azera owners and like the 2013 Azera we Leased from him. We would work with Patrick again. More

When i first purchased my car from Todd Archer in 2011 i was happy, but that didnt last long. a week after i had it the check engine light was on. Ray in services said it was probably nothing so it stayed was happy, but that didnt last long. a week after i had it the check engine light was on. Ray in services said it was probably nothing so it stayed that way for a while..then darrell started taking care of things for me and found the true problem. Many times i have taken my car in just for an oil change. Twice they didnt put enough oil in my car...they always blare my radio and have my ac on max. when you are working outside of my car their is no need for that. its my car not the mechanics. very rude and disrespectful! Now i just got my car back saying it was done...and it leaked trans. fluid all over they had to tow it back and now for the 2nd week it still aint fixed. I really can't stand this place. They have awful service. I wouldn't trust my car with them on anything. More

Being new to Omaha, I was unsure of the reputations. Todd Archer Hyundai's salesman Ken was very fair with the price and explained the process to me thoroughly. The owner even came and introduced himself as I was attending the same school his daughter had attended. I love my Tucson and will be using Todd Archer Hyundai in the future. More
Today, my faith in humanity was renewed. I have been ill recently, and thus, it has been difficult to get my car in for some service work that was definitely needed. However, due to issues with a medication recently, and thus, it has been difficult to get my car in for some service work that was definitely needed. However, due to issues with a medication, I was not able to drive the car in to the dealership. I spoke to Ray Sewell, and he agreed to come and pick up my car personally so that the work could be done. Some of the work had to do with a Hyundai recall, but the service that I paid for was only $23.92. Still, he came to my residence and picked my car up, and he returned it after the work was done. Wow! I am so impressed! What great customer service! I would recommend this dealership to anyone! More

She makes sure you get the answers to all your questions, she fights to get you a great deal and we especially liked her no-nonsense approach. I had spoken to a few other dealers prior to accidentally finding Michelle, all whom were either too pushy or didn't want to waste their time if you weren't buying new. I went to Bellevue to test drive a different car at a different dealership, who were closed at 630PM on a Friday night. We were driving past Todd Archer when we decided to check them out. Michelle spent the time, keeping her manager late, by letting us test drive the two cars I had been interested in. I told her we would discuss and be back the next day around 11. My phone wasn't ringing ringing at 9AM when they opened the next day like another dealership I talked to, hounding us to come back in. And when we did go in, Michelle answered all our questions and took the time to ensure we were getting what we wanted. After the purchase, I told a friend about the experience. She had worked with Michelle more than 6 years ago at another place and said it was one of their best car buying experience. I would recommend Todd Archer and Michelle to any of my friends and family. More
