Purchase/review of 2016 Azera While we are satisfied with the appraisal of our 2015 Sonota Limited, we were never told what the MSRP was, or the final amount we would be paying, fo While we are satisfied with the appraisal of our 2015 Sonota Limited, we were never told what the MSRP was, or the final amount we would be paying, for the 2016 car until we were requested to sign the documents to purchase. Also, we questioned the price of the extended warranty, but we were not given the opportunity to negotiate it. The reason given was that this was a better car than our trade so we would be paying more for the extended warranty. We have two issues with the 2016 Azera, i.e., the brakes that shutter and the tires need balancing as they shake above 65 MPH. This should be covered under the new car warranty. More

I had to schedule a time later the following week to bring it in but...they did provide me with a loaner car so that I didn't have to wait! Because I work, this took additional time out of my day that I needed to work around. I know they were excited to make the sale and if I had known they needed to run it through the service department, I would have rather picked the car up either the next day or whenever it was ready vs having to schedule a time to bring it back. More
