Incredible value for reliability, styling, and reliability. Todd Archer has always been fantastic. Never had a problem with sales or service. I'll tell you that this is the 4th Hyundai I've bought from Todd Archer (3 of them new, one used with 8K miles) since 2014. They've been great to me. My first Hyundai was 2002 Elantra GT that looked like the Saab 900 I was on my way to buy. That Hyundai is still being driven by my nephew. in 2017. Hyundai is a great value and reliable. I would suggest getting rid of the torsion-bar rear suspension on the less expensive cars. Overall, I am totally satisfied. I personally don't drive one on a daily basis, but my wife and kids all drive them. I would like a 400hp AWD Veloster or Genesis Coupe. Then I'll drive one as well. More

Attempted to talk cars twice...terrible experiences Drove down to Bellevue to look for a Tucson. Stumbled on a "sale." It was a clearance event where the dealership brought in extra sales people. The salesman and I spoke, but I had to get back to work. He said he would contact me with vehicles that fit my criteria and I could come down the next day to test drive. He did not contact me. I went back the next day and there was no record that I was coming back. I explained the situation to a different salesman who apologized and started working with me. He asked me all the same questions as the day before. Having done only moderate research about the vehicle, I asked questions that he could not answer. He was also extremely unprofessional. After trying to drive the vehicle for 30 minutes. I left. He also told me he would follow up and call. That never happened. In previous car shopping experiences, I've been to dealerships that call at least once a week to ask about my process, answer questions, etc. This has not been my experience with Todd Archer. I still have not purchased a car. As I look I will probably go to one of the other two Hyundai dealers in town. After my experience I may not choose Hyundai at all. More

Your experience can be easy! Highly recommend Todd Archer. This was my first experience buying a brand new car, but I had done some pretty significant pricing research prior to contacting Todd Archer. I knew w This was my first experience buying a brand new car, but I had done some pretty significant pricing research prior to contacting Todd Archer. I knew what I wanted and the amount that I was comfortable paying. I put in an inquiry on a specific Sonata Sport, and Teddy Greybill contacted me within 15 minutes, ready to offer information about options and a test drive. Teddy rode along during the test drive (allowed my wife and I to ride in the front seat, unlike other dealerships that the salesperson prefers riding shotgun with the driver) and made casual conversation with us. He treated us like people and wanted to know about our family, rather than just spewing facts and features about the car and trying to pump up the value in our eyes, but he was more than happy to answer questions where we had them. Teddy did suggest we ride in an Azera and knocked a bunch off of the MSRP, but I was set on the Sonata, and he left it at that without further prodding or poking, which really impressed me. Teddy started a little higher on price than I was comfortable with, but we came to an agreement shortly and Teddy rolled in my title and doc fees included in that number! Even more impressive was the customer service we received after the sale. I got a fair number on my trade and Teddy explained to me how the number was arrived upon. They also allowed us to put a hold on the new vehicle with a small deposit so that we could come pick it up when it was more convenient for us as we were headed out of town for the weekend. When I arrived for pickup, my new car was washed, vacuumed, and looking immaculate and ready to drive off of the lot. I was in and out of the finance office in less than 30 minutes, working with Robert, who was also top notch. With a dinky trade ($1500) and a small down payment, I came out of Todd Archer with a brand new Sonata Sport at almost 35% off MSRP, making my monthly payments lower than I could have ever expected. Be honest about your needs and they will work with you to make your car buying experience as easy as mine was. Looking forward to trying out their award winning service department as well for my routine maintenance. More
