We explained that we were retired military, on a tight budget, looking for a second car, and were very nervous because a lot of salespeople take advantage of military folks. We had been loyal Hyundai customers for 20 years, and heard from other Hyundai dealerships, but none of them could find us a new car in our price range. We were days away from trying a new brand of car...but Teddy (and his crew) found a way to make it happen. They made us feel like family, they didn't stalk or pressure us, they found us exactly what we needed (and wanted) right in our price range, and they offered us something no other dealership could- a lifetime warranty on our new car. From start to finish, we couldn't be more thrilled with their OUTSTANDING SERVICE....finally, car shopping is painless! More
Horrible experience We showed up at the parking lot so I could show my spouse a vehicle I was interested in. She saw a car she really liked and it was a Honda CRV. It wasn't ready to be sold yet because it hadn't yet been to the mechanics which I completely understand... the salesmen sent it in and said he would call us when it gets back. The used car guy told us he'd fit within our budget for a Honda CRV. So then he calls and we show up. We test drove it and we loved it. We pull up to the guy and he then takes us into the dealership to start the process. We talk about price and get it close to the price we wanted. He goes to have people pull our credit... goes back and fourth and leaves us hanging for forever. Then he comes and tells us he might not be able to sell this car to us that night because he can't get ahold of any banks AFTER he ran our credit. YOU SHOULD NEVER PULL A CLIENTS CREDIT UNLESS YOU KNOW YOU CAN GET A BANK. That is so crooked and not right. Also, I knew it wasn't true what he was telling me because I've bought a car before around that same time if not later and they got me a loan. He should have never ran our credit because it seriously damages it when you pull credit that many times. I will never trust this dealership again. He also told us he would call us the next day to set up our new loan that comes through and he would send the paperwork to us and ship the vehicle to us. He was completely full of it. He didn't want to sell the car for the price we wanted so he lied and hurt our credit. I will never go back to this place again, nor will I ever recommend this place to any of my friends. Thanks for the hard inquiry's on our credit when you knew full well you shouldn't have. Your salesmen SHOULD have contacted me the next day with a loan offer. Instead, I received no phone call from the salesmen and this is why your dealership looks shady. You looked up our credit, sent us on our way saying you would ship the vehicle to us and would bring the paperwork to us JUST to get out of the door. That is shady. I was also told to call you if I wanted to resolve this issue per my google review and I have tried calling several times and I was even told that the general manager would call me and I've never heard back. More

I have no credit but Steve did a great job in working with me and my cosigner to get me a reasonable deal for someone in my situation. You can tell he is there to help you out. Working with Bob Priborsky in Finance also made our Todd Archer experience very pleasant, as he was very helpful and understanding as well. More
