Disgusted So we go in to Todd Archer, just to see what our options were, because our family needed two vehicles. Everyone was nice as pie. We applied for an older 2012, that was within our budget. The next day, get a call informing us we were not approved for the 2012, but were approved for a brand new 2018 Elantra, no down payment. I was in tears so happy about this. The salesman told us we werent approved for the older car due to our financial situation, because the bank wanted to finance us for something that wouldn't break down on us a few months down the road. So we bring in all the paperwork asked of us. Pay stubs, ss proof, utility verification, bank statements, ECT. We sat there for hours as not only did the salesman, but the guy in charge of financing went through our paperwork thoroughly. We sign papers, they put in transits on it, show us how to work everything, and send us on our way with our brand new car. Well, yesterday, as we are almost approaching 2 weeks of havimg the car. I get a text message from the salesman stating the length of employment and pay history doesn't add up (maybe a half a month). I said 4 months, but added up to be about 3 1/2 months at my new job not 4, and that we needed to bring the car back asap, that the bank would not be financing. Uhm.....are you freaking kidding me??? Yea, nope, not a joke. Told us if we did not return it, they would report it stolen. Mind you, they went through the paperwork thoroughly before even having us sign paperwork, so if there was an issue, they should've caught it right then and there, not two weeks later. Just flabbergasted and disgusted over this. More

Steve had us in and out of there in a little over 2 hours which I thought was outstanding. Not only that but he was a nice guy and got us a great deal on the car which I appreciated. All around was very pleased with my car buying experience that day. More
