His first offer after seeing the sales manager was a complete joke. Jeff was very good in answering questions while on the test drive. After two or three trips to see the S/M that gentlemen came in to see if we could get the deal done. I think after he found out that I had done my homework he didn't beat around the bush. He ask me what it would take to see me a car and I told him what I would pay. He was somewhat high pressure which I detest but I finally did sign the purchase order. NO problems with Jeff, very well versed in knowing about the car. I am not the sharpest tack in the box so I have some problems with all this hi-tech stuff. Jeff did a wonderful job with nothing bad to say about him. The sales manager is another story even though he got the job done after about a half hour of going back and forth. More

He even will come to your house & bring you the paperwork or pick up the extra set of keys to your trade in vehicle you didn't have on you when you bought your new car. And if you have a problem with the service department not giving you a call to set up an appointment on something to be done to your car that was agreed on when signing. Just call Jared & he is right on it to get it handled. It's not just about making the sale with Jared & than goodbye. Jared wants you to be a return customer & to send your friends & family to him who is looking for a good car at a fair price. Had horrible customer service. Would never recommend my friends and family go there they don't stand behind their cars. They tried to have me buy a different car, more expensive of course. Now at 50,000 it needs a new engine. The engines are back ordered from Hyundai have been without my car for over 3 weeks now. Sounds like it is going to be August before I get it back. I love making car payments on a car I cant even drive. More

Horrible customer service Had my first experience with a car dealership at Todd Archer in Bellevue. As soon as I agreed to buy a car they were so nice! Offered me free car wash Had my first experience with a car dealership at Todd Archer in Bellevue. As soon as I agreed to buy a car they were so nice! Offered me free car washes and the whole nine yards. When I set up an appointment for maintenance, they kept my car for 7 hours just to wash it and order parts... I dropped it off at 7 am and didn’t get a return call saying I could pick it up until 1pm. I gave them a 2 week courtesy to get the parts in. No call back, when I finally called them they asked me about the wrong parts and kept me on hold for ten minutes. I was already fed up after my first interaction when I called ahead to get a car wash one Saturday morning, they said “bring it on in!”. Waited for an hour at the dealership, sitting in the lobby for my car to get “washed”. Got it back with bugs and dirt still on the car. Would’ve preferred them to just tell me they weren’t going to wash it that day when I called ahead. Long story short, if you JUST want a car and someone who only cares about getting a sale, go to Todd Archer. If you want a company that will take care of your car and treat you like a valued customer when you return to them for maintenance, DO NOT go to Todd Archer. Stay away from them unless you’re handing over cash. More
