2016 Hyundai Elantra Warning FYI I bought a new 2016 Hyundai Elantra Limited and about 20,000 miles I had to have a steering rack replaced, they wouldn't help me so I had Warning FYI I bought a new 2016 Hyundai Elantra Limited and about 20,000 miles I had to have a steering rack replaced, they wouldn't help me so I had replaced at a place in Lincoln. Had horrible customer service. Would never recommend my friends and family go there they don't stand behind their cars. They tried to have me buy a different car, more expensive of course. Now at 50,000 it needs a new engine. The engines are back ordered from Hyundai have been without my car for over 3 weeks now. Sounds like it is going to be August before I get it back. I love making car payments on a car I cant even drive. More

Horrible customer service Had my first experience with a car dealership at Todd Archer in Bellevue. As soon as I agreed to buy a car they were so nice! Offered me free car wash Had my first experience with a car dealership at Todd Archer in Bellevue. As soon as I agreed to buy a car they were so nice! Offered me free car washes and the whole nine yards. When I set up an appointment for maintenance, they kept my car for 7 hours just to wash it and order parts... I dropped it off at 7 am and didn’t get a return call saying I could pick it up until 1pm. I gave them a 2 week courtesy to get the parts in. No call back, when I finally called them they asked me about the wrong parts and kept me on hold for ten minutes. I was already fed up after my first interaction when I called ahead to get a car wash one Saturday morning, they said “bring it on in!”. Waited for an hour at the dealership, sitting in the lobby for my car to get “washed”. Got it back with bugs and dirt still on the car. Would’ve preferred them to just tell me they weren’t going to wash it that day when I called ahead. Long story short, if you JUST want a car and someone who only cares about getting a sale, go to Todd Archer. If you want a company that will take care of your car and treat you like a valued customer when you return to them for maintenance, DO NOT go to Todd Archer. Stay away from them unless you’re handing over cash. More
