On August 8th, 2023, I had my 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe in for a tune up at Beardmore Chevrolet. After further inspection I was told that it needed additional work to the cost $4628.91. I authorized Beardmore Chevrolet Dealership to complete the work. Two hours later, Omar Cardenas, Service Advisor, called and informed me that I would need to pay half the amount before my vehicle would be completely serviced and was enlightened that I could pay by credit card over the phone. I asked Omar if this was the dealership’s policy and if this was in writing and posted. Omar informed me that the policy was not posted and that his manager, Stacy Fields, had informed him to contact me. I reluctantly paid the full amount ($4628.91) over the phone. However, it was communicated that my vehicle would not be ready for several days with no definite day or time. I asked to speak with Stacy who was in a meeting. She returned my call, and I informed her how disappointed I was in having to provide my credit card over the phone and how I had to pay half up front with no clear time as to when my vehicle would be complete. As I continued to voice my frustration with having to pay half up front for services not yet rendered. Stacy asked me if I had ever purchased a home would I not have to provide a down payment. I informed her that I was an Army Veteran and that I would not have to provide a down payment. She told me that this was not true and that she was an Army veteran as well from Fort Hood, TX, and a realtor estate agent in Texas. I asked her what does this have to do with what I am talking about? Stacy went further to share that her Service Advisor was new and may have forgotten to mention this when I agreed to have the work done. I was forwarded a copy of an email from what is supposed to be the sole owner (Chris Fasbender, Director of Operations) of Beardmore Chevrolet where he is reminding his staff to secure a deposit for services over $3000.00. In conclusion when I picked up my vehicle, I asked another Service Advisor about the down payment policy she informed me that she had never heard of such. Also, I was promised a 5 percent military discount and a courtesy wash which I did not receive. I hope that this matter is resolved promptly as it caused me considerable inconvenience. I believe/feel I am entitled to the 5 percent discount that Omar communicated over the phone. Respectfully, B. Smith More

We saw a truck they were advertising online and wanted to test drive it. The manager was rude as xxxx, and we were not even allowed to look at it nor test drive it. I would not recommend visiting this location or buying from them. On their website, all they have is horrible reviews! Why in the world would you advertise a truck that you won't allow customers to look at, at the very least? I will be telling everyone about this horrible experience. You should be ashamed of yourselves! If I could have left a 0-star review, I would have!!!! More
Worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered at a Chevy Dealership. Never got an alert that my vehicle was ready, I had to reach out to the maintenance department myself even though on my receip at a Chevy Dealership. Never got an alert that my vehicle was ready, I had to reach out to the maintenance department myself even though on my receipt it said to contact when completed. Terrible customer service from beginning to end. I also misquoted on pricing for the service I had done but at this point I just didn’t care about it being off, I just wanted to leave. More
First of all, let me say that I am very disappointed with this whole situation. Beardmore was a convenient location for me to have my truck serviced and furthermore, Michelle (Service Advisor) was great to this whole situation. Beardmore was a convenient location for me to have my truck serviced and furthermore, Michelle (Service Advisor) was great to work with. She was very responsive, and professional, and even when telling me "bad" news was a pleasure to talk to. Beyond that, I don't really have anything good to say. I was told that my issue was a warranty issue and that parts would be in the following day and the work completed the following day or on the following Monday at the latest. While my vehicle was in the possession, care, and custody of Beardmore, my pickup was left unlocked and the tailgate was stolen. Beardmore concedes that the tailgate was on the truck when it was brought in but their surveillance system is so poor that they can't even see my truck when it is parked in their fenced lot. Beardmore further states that since they don't "see" any criminal activity on their lot, that they are not responsible for my loss. My truck was in their possession, care, and control, and even worse it was left unlocked - how can they reasonably say that they are not responsible? In fact, Stacey, the service manager told me that this situation is no different than when a customer parks their car in the Walmart parking lot while shopping. I don't ever remember giving Walmart my keys, allowing their employees to drive my vehicle anywhere, or leaving my vehicle in their care and custody for days. It took two weeks for the parts to come in and the repairs to be completed, not one of two business days as stated. About one week after the repairs were completed, Beardmore called me back and stated that they made a mistake and the repairs that were completed were not under warranty and thus I now owed them about $700. I would not have approved the work if they had told me that it was going to cost $700. If that isn't enough, the day after I received that call, my check engine light came on again and it appears that it is the same issue that Beardmore claims it just it repaired. This business appears to lack integrity on several levels and I will not do business with them in the future. I will not recommend them to anyone else and in fact, I will lobby against them and tell anyone and everyone that will listen to my experience with Beardmore and encourage them to go elsewhere or take the chance on a business that feels no responsibility for the care and custody of their property or money. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Made contact with this dealership. I inquired about a Subaru Outback but had also done the same at a lot of other dealerships the previous evening. I Made contact with this dealership. I inquired about a Subaru Outback but had also done the same at a lot of other dealerships the previous evening. I started getting replies from a "Melissa", asking if I had any questions and such. I asked about which vehicle in particular I had inquired about. I was replied to again by Melissa asking to give more contact info in order to continue and someone named Jayson reach out to me. I had already made it very clear that I wanted to communicate at that time through email, so it was confusing to me why Melissa was continuing to press me for contact info. I then received a reply from this Jayson character stating,"Melissa is not a real person, you are yelling at somebody who doesn't exist, she's my virtual assistant. If you have any questions or if you're interested in Subaru please let me know sincerely Jayson Neeley." That was the rude and condescending first real response I got from this sales person. All from stating very plainly that I had given all the contact info I wanted to up to that point. So Jayson got upset that I wasn't playing along, helping him fill his dealre contact list and started the interaction with an extremely rude statement. I was stunned by the response. Knowing there was going to be no further dealings with this dealership after this, I responded in turn, calling this clown out for his behavior. Jayson continued then to make outlandish statements about me further digging his hole. I have NEVER been met with such an unprofessional person at their place of work before. Would not recommend going to this place at all. More

Hi Rick,I wanted to let you know how disappointed I was Hi Rick, I wanted to let you know how disappointed I was with your total 'DISHONESTY' about the vehicle I purchased for more Son! As I previously Hi Rick, I wanted to let you know how disappointed I was with your total 'DISHONESTY' about the vehicle I purchased for more Son! As I previously told you, I am a retired disabled Army Veteran that lives on a fixed income. However, I wanted to help my son purchase another used vehicle, as him and his wife have two children, and their money is very tight. I just found out that my son's 'NEW' vehicle is now at the shop, and needs a new water pump! He has gotten three separate estimates which range from $1500.00 to $3000.00. Apparently, it broke down the day after he purchased the vehicle from your 'UNSCRUPULOUS' dealership! He did not want to tell me, as both my wife and I are currently facing some pretty significant health issues. Although the estimates for the repairs vary, there is only 'ONE' conclusion that all three auto repair shops came up with and that is, whoever sold my Son the vehicle, 'DEFINITELY' new the vehicle had a 'BAD WATER PUMP!' Needless to say, this has put a huge damper on our holiday spirit. I only wish you could have been 'HONEST' with my son right from the jump start. In hindsight, we should have saw the 'RED FLAGS' when your dealership refused to fix 'TWO' dysfunctional safety features on his 'NEW' vehicle that you had checked off as 'OPERATIONAL' on you 'SAFETY CHECKLIST!' That is exactly why the state of New York has the 'LEMON LAW' for "RIPOFFS' just like your dealership! So now, we are stuck with a huge bill and pray the 'Bad Water Pump' did not cause any damage to his engine! Please 'DO NOT' email me back with some kind of garbage that it is a used vehicle, and you buy it as is. I would agree with that statement, but not when you 'INTENTIONALLY' forget to disclose that the vehicle's water pump is bad! Obviously, we will 'NOT' be doing any more business with you jokers, and I will be sure to leave your dealership with the appropriate '1-Star Review!' that you have so deservedly earned! Have a Merry Christmas! Scott L. Flipse PS: My son also said you were an extremely rude salesman, but he really liked the vehicle, so he bought it anyways. More
