I bought a jeep in 2015, I love it. But this is without question the poorest Jeep deal in America. Rude, Liars, over charge you for doing nothing. My Jeep was in there shop, my friend saw it going down rt11 in Berwick....someone drove it home put 39 miles in it, left ashed all over the inside, gave me back a filthy Jeep, inside and out. And they don't even give a xxxx. I'll never go back, I wouldn't even go near there lot. Gotta be the worst dealer in America! More

The car went in clean & driving “perfectly”. I get it back & there’s a shimmy in the brake pedal, a shimmy in the steering wheel at high speeds, the steering wheel is crooked, & there’s a greasy palm print on my white leather seat. I called & talked to Dave (service manager) who had the same annoyed, monotone voice & miserable demeanor as when we dropped the brand new Micheline tires off the day before our appointment. When I politely told him about the movement in the pedal & suggested a wheel was out of balance or the alignment was possibly off, right off the bat he was dismissive & said it must be my brake rotors or the tires could be defective. I explained that I was probably using the wrong word to explain the movement & that “shimmy” was a better word. I assured him that the problem wasn’t there prior bringing the car in but it was clear he didn’t want to believe me because I initially used the wrong word terminology. He didn’t care to dive deeper into it with me, but was completely dismissive and denying any responsibility. Long story short, he told me I should probably find another dealership (same as another recent review posted here). This was said even when I was still being polite & I personally think that’s his M.O. with anybody who has rework for them. When I suggested it could be the wheels not being balanced or the alignment, he said I’m wrong because that’s not possible. I ended up googling it and sending him a screenshot to correct him. After I got angry, he reluctantly & in a snarky way said he would “use his guy’s time” to have a 2nd look for me at no charge. This was said with an attitude & as if I was asking for something extraordinary. I made an appointment but no longer trusted his integrity nor the dealership’s service level & was afraid to bring my car back. I sent an email to Dave that went completely ignored. Then I called to speak with the owner to see if they had a different location I could go to. A salesman told me Dave is a co-owner. I asked for the other one who’s name is Leroy & was put through to voicemail but got no reply from him either. I also sent Leroy an email that was completely ignored. When I called back later on & dialed 0 for the main receptionists, no one answered but the call was immediately rerouted to Dave’s voicemail. Don’t expect service here. Expect a total runaround when they don’t meet the minimum standard you would expect from an authorized dealership. These people couldn’t give a crap about their business nor about you. Dave clearly hates his job & his customers, & the lack of concern they have manifests itself right down to the quality of work you end up with. My recommendation is to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, even if you have to drive a greater distance. I now have someone else fixing what they failed to do and will be sending them the bill. Submitting a pic of my seat and what Google says about an imbalanced wheel and mis-alignment that Dave denies. Update: I got my car fixed at a different authorized dealership and guess what… all four tires were not balanced, and the toe was out on the alignment. Both issues were as I suspected, and as Dave previously denied and said wasn’t possible. I took my paperwork in to their service department and showed it to Dave. He took one quick glance at the specs from the other dealership and said, “We’re done here” and walked away. There wasn’t even the slightest concern or effort to make it right. If you’re in the Berwick area, my suggestion is to go to Kaiser brothers in Danville. They’re a 5 star dealership and treat you like a valued customer. Since they corrected Bear’s work (or non-work), my car drives perfectly. The shimmy is gone! I hope everybody sees this and stays as far away from Bear as they possibly can. Unethical! More
