Excellent Customer Service My wife and I purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Mr. Mickey Dolan was our salesman and Mickey was very professional. Great Team Overall We had been searching for a car for about a month after my car was deemed a total loss after someone hit me. We had an AWFUL experience at another local Dodge Jeep Chrysler dealership and decided to see what Beaman had on the lot since we were in Murfreesboro. Needless to say, we left with a car just a few hours after that! The process was easy, quick, and the entire staff--from our awesome salesman Ron Radcliffe--to the managers. They took really great care of us, and Ron even took the time out to watch our rowdy (and restless) son while we signed our final paperwork and stuff! Go visit them! Great Experience on Second Visit My first visit to this dealership was not a good one. The sales person I dealt with was not professional and just came across as a typical used car s My first visit to this dealership was not a good one. The sales person I dealt with was not professional and just came across as a typical used car salesman. The van I wanted was at Beaman but I did not want to work with the salesman that had helped me. I visited another dealership and met with a wonderful salesman but the dealership did not have what I was looking for. He gave me the name of Ron Radcliffe back at the Beaman Dealership in Murfreesboro. Mr. Radcliffe and I spoke on the phone and I made an appointment to go back to the dealership to meet with him and test drive a car. He was a very professional salesman. Upfront and honest and genuine. He is also retired military which earned my respect and the respect of my husband right away. Buying a car is always stressful but I have to say my husband I had a good time talking to and interacting with Ron. The whole process went by so fast and was quite enjoyable. We purchased a 2016 Dodge Caravan from Ron and we love it. The finance coordinator, Harriette McBride, was also wonderful to interact with.
