I was worried that they cross threaded the plug or filter. They reported that they failed to tighten the oil filter properly. Customer service (counter) were apologetic and professional but now I know that quality at Beach Mazda is on the level of Wal-Mart. I won’t be going back. More

Seems reasonable. So I did not get my first oil change there because I was out of town. Next oil change was not free because it was not the first. Oil change cost more than the one I received else where also. Now it was my first oil change at the Mazda. But the point is; if you offer one free oil change, it should come anytime. That is the way any dealership does it where I come from. Just really cheap considering I bought the car during the pandemic and paid premium price. Not to mention it was a $40,000 car. More
