I wouldn’t recommend the service department. They are pushy and will always recommend ridiculous amounts of unneeded “repairs”. I have been trying to get my Ford Bronco Sport fixed for 18 months now and Beach Ford has done nothing close to that. I have caught them in lies about parts being on order and when cornered, the parts magic 18 months now and Beach Ford has done nothing close to that. I do not think they actually did the work outlined in the service bulletin, instead the just did something hoping the noise would go away for a while. I embarrassed to even drive my car with these noises. Funny part, their sales department called me and asked if I was interested in trading in my vehicle on a new car. Like I'm in the mood to buy a Ford now, especially from Beach Ford. Sad part, after I dropped off my vehicle for repair this last time, as I waited for my ride, there were two other people also waiting for rides who were also complaining about Beach Ford's horrible service department. Just avoid Beach Ford if you can. More

Overall Beach Ford has the best reputation among Hampton Roads Dealerships. My vehicle was repaired very quickly, however I’m certain I paid at least 30% more than I would have in a local shop.
