Service shop technician forgot to reinstall my brake caliper bolt after a $5,000 differential rebuild and wheel bearing replacement. The caliper came off while my wife and kids were in the car, destroye caliper bolt after a $5,000 differential rebuild and wheel bearing replacement. The caliper came off while my wife and kids were in the car, destroyed the caliper, piston, pads and brake hardware were gone. This also caused damage to my wheel. The car was sitting at a 3rd party shop and I had no choice but to have them fix. I contacted Beach Ford to cover the repair and they refused. Lucas Ryan would not even speak directly to me, a dissatisfied customer but instead would only talk through a service rep via email. Extremely poor service and incredibly dishonest business practices at this place. More
