I got a great car at a great price. The staff was helpful in making my purchase experience a pleasant one. I was able to shop over the phone and internet. Customer service was excellent; not high pressure and interested that I got the car I wanted. My car had to be gotten from a dealer 200 miles away and it was found and here the next day. All the paper work and finances were handled quickly and efficiently. My salesperson was very nice and responsive to my requests. The overall experience made trading in my former Mazda 3, a 2006 very easy and I got an excellent price for my former low mileage car. The price of my new car along with 0% financing for part of the purchase price made this a win-win situation for me. I recommend Beach Automotive group. More
We leased a 2011 Lincoln MKZ. It is our second purchase at Beach Ford. Everyone was warm and friendly. Our salesman Rich Rizzo was exceptionally pleasant to deal with. My husband & I were very pleased with the overall experience at Beach Automotive. Mrs. Cooper made transaction go as smoothly as possible. I was in town on vacation for a week, and of course on the day before I was going to leave for home, my '06 F150 started acting up. Rather than waste time with someone who doesn't know Ford trucks intima the day before I was going to leave for home, my '06 F150 started acting up. Rather than waste time with someone who doesn't know Ford trucks intimately, I took it to Beach Ford. They were very knowledgeable and had an idea what the problem was right off the bat. They were able to get me in immediately, and were able to replace the part which they had in stock. I was there for only a couple of hours while they got me fixed up. I wasn't thrilled about the price (wasn't sure if they upped the price because I was from out of town), but I can't say for sure that it was higher than anyone else would have charged. I would still recommend Beach Ford to anyone, because even if the price was a little higher, they still got me in right away and were very friendly, which is something that is nice to experience when you're visiting from out of town. Always get a great "hello" from the service staff and they call me by name; they are indeed courteous. Usually walk around the show room looking at new Mustangs while my Thunderbird is being s staff and they call me by name; they are indeed courteous. Always have 5,000 mile checkup and any other "in between" services that may be needed [windshield wipers, burned out lamps]. More
