The last time I bought a vehicle I felt the pressure and actually got a vehicle I didnt want. Its great when you have a sales person that understands that and is patience with you. The poor guy we kinda drove him nuts with looking at cars suv's and trucks. All the time he was kind couterous and you felt like you were dealing with your family. No pressures no hassles. I had a problem with my steering column. Joshua went out of his way to solve the problem asap. He was concerned about my safety and insisted that I should not attempt to drive the truck even for a short dis of his way to solve the problem asap.
