I must say from the moment I searched on line and found the Explorer that suited me, Beach Automotive and the sales team were awesome!! Scott was fantastic, he took the time with my husband and I to show the Explorer that suited me, Beach Automotive and the sales team were awesome!! Scott was fantastic, he took the time with my husband and I to show us everything this car will do and then some!! Being from the “older” generation, it was refreshing to know that there are salesmen out there that will take the time with us older folks who aren’t as sharp with all this new technology! At no time did I feel any pressure to purchase my vehicle from Scott or Cliff. They both understood when we told them I wanted to go home and crunch my numbers!! My husband and I were both fully satisfied with the rebates, the offer we were given but for us, it was crunching our numbers!! Again, Scott was wonderful to work with and I will be stopping in to see him soon with some more questions!! Thank You all for making our buying experience a good one!! More

Richard Rizzo was a great person in his knowledge of the cars your company had, every question I asked him he had the answer for. I went to many dealership and all I felt was that they just wanted my money, they were really not interested in what I wanted, but what they wanted to get rid of. Richard Rizzo was very interested in what I wanted and needed. He took the time to go over everything with me and show me how to work everything in the car I brought. I called on a car they had on the internet and flew in to see it from NJ. The car had some cosmetic problems but overall we loved it-with one exception-an odor. Rich said it was from the "detailing" and that see it from NJ. The car had some cosmetic problems but overall we loved it-with one exception-an odor. Rich said it was from the "detailing" and that it would go. We bought the car,paying cash, that day. The next day the car was worse-brought it back. THEIR serviceman said it smelled like mold-the manager came out and said he too smelled "nothing"-said it's a Mercedes smell. Took car to Conway Mercedes-they set off "odor bomb" to clean odors for us-they were GREAT people. Odor back in 1 day. This entire time Rich is still denying an odor even when we took it to ANOTHER service center (the 3rd now)who also thought it was mold. We almost gagged from it. The dealership would not take car back even though I was there within 24 hours with this problem and had he not lied to me from the beginning and said the odor was from detailing I never would have bought it. The mamager said to let it go a few days to see if the "bomb" worked so we left for NJ. After a few days we called back as they asked. Rich answered "what is it NOW? " Any other lack of professionalism up until that point I was willing to overlook(and trust me, there was plenty) but that was it. I would never deal with them again. My car still has the odor-the detailing hid alot of problems (wiped clear film over foggy headlights and said they had "polished them out")The entire deal left a bad taste in my mouth. NO I would not deal with them-a bit sleazy for my taste. More
I took my daughteers car to be serviced. While I was waiting I looked around the lot. Joe came out to talk to me and take me for a test drive. He followed up within a week. We really were going to wait a little longer to get a new car, but with Joe working with me, it made sense to lease. We also felt we got a good price on our Explorer.
