My car was towed to Beach Ford because I was in an accident. When my husband and I first went to see what the damage was we spoke with Julie and Terra. We just moved into the area almost 4 months ago. Was looking to trade in my lease. Came to Beach Ford and was advised by Wayne in Service to work with Joe Cuseo. BEWARE OF THIS STEALERSHIP!!!! I've dealt with this dealership multiple times. Especially the sales manager TONY MADDEN. This place will try to low ball you on your trade and get angry at you for quest dealership multiple times. Especially the sales manager TONY MADDEN. This place is here to STEAL your money! They are crooks! TONY MADDEN is a jerk, he disrespected his employees in front of me as well as others. After making the decision to purchase a Ford Fusion, my husband and I began searching online for a vehicle that met my very specific requirments. We found the perfect car at Beach Automotive! Rich Rizzo made the 3 and a 1/2 hour drive from our home in N. Carolina well worth it! He took the time to ensure we were familar with the features inside the car, (and was very patient during the test drive while I was adjusting to the brakes!) We could not be happier with our purchase! Our experience with this dealership was pressure-free, and as relaxed as buying a car could be. My elderly parents bought a used car from this dealership just after New Year 2012. They had been involved in an accident just before Christmas and knowing how fortunate they had been not to get hurt safety just after New Year 2012. They found a VOLVO they wanted and the following day took me to see it. The first hint of problems should have been when I found it on the internet it was $2000 cheaper than what they had been quoted. They did honor the price I found after it was brought to their attention. When I talked to the salesman I asked about certification of the used car and he assured me that although the car was not certified that it would be inspected from bumper to bumper and all safety issues would be looked at and corrected before they were allowed to take possession. The car was pulled up for me to see and my dad ask about filings on wheels that looked like brake dust. Again he was assured they would look at brakes before he took possession of the car. They paid cash for the car and in good faith accepted the "AS IS " warranty . At that time I left the dealership feeling OK about their purchase. The following day my dad picked up the car and had not gotten 20 miles down the road when he found a chip in the wind shield. He called the dealership and was told to file the claim with his insurance company that it should be free. (To me this is fraud.) Secondly when they got the car to WV it did not pass state inspection because of metal on metal brake shoes. After calls to Beach Ford they have done nothing to stand behind their word to us. Two service garages as well as 1 other dealership in MB looking at brake shoes said the mileage my parents have put on the car would never have caused that much wear on brakes. This being said I would NEVER recommend BEACH Ford to anyone. To me they were after the money and would have said anything to make that car sale. Poor integrity and defiantly poor service is what we got. Taking advantage of the elderly, SHAME ON YOU!!!!! More
