great customer service I have been having my cars serviced at Huntington Beach Toyota for many years. The last two times people who were behind me walked past me and went in I have been having my cars serviced at Huntington Beach Toyota for many years. The last two times people who were behind me walked past me and went into the service techs office and were put in front of me. I finally had enough of this disrespectful behavior. I decided to try Elmore and was very pleased with my choice. As I pulled into the service bay I got out of my car and as I was taking some things out of my car another car pulled in front of me. The service person pointed out that I was next to the next service tech. I was then introduced to Lennon who was of great assistance in servicing my truck. Lennon had me have the scheduled service. He then called me to say that my front brakes were low and should be replaced. There was no pressure,just a concern that I should take care of the issue. I will be coming back to Elmore for my future service. Thank You, Dan Healy. More

Soon as we're about to sign he says he made a mistake and sent the wrong model and that the model he sent me was a basic one and now they want to charge me $2000 more for the same car! Horrible, no integrity! I'm a salesman and I know the importance of integrity and honesty, good luck being shady, see if you get any referrals once you leave a bad taste I ppls mouths. More
