My experience with these two was absolutely frustrating and unprofessional. All I wanted was a straightforward, honest, upfront quote. Apparently, that was too much to ask. Instead, I got nothing but the runaround, questionable pricing, poor communication, and what I believe was a misleading quote. The moment I started asking direct questions and requesting transparency, their attitudes completely changed. It’s almost as if they were offended that a customer wanted to know exactly what they were paying for. Matty Piercy and Danny Bortolussi seriously need training in customer service, professionalism, and basic communication. Customers should not have to chase down answers, deal with attitude, or jump through hoops just to get an accurate price. The lack of transparency and professionalism was a complete turnoff. If this is how they treat someone who is genuinely interested in purchasing a vehicle, I can only imagine how frustrating the rest of the buying process might be. My advice: TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. There are plenty of dealerships that will respect your time, communicate professionally, and provide straightforward pricing without the games. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. A complete waste of my time and one of the most disappointing dealership experiences I’ve had. More

I purchased glass and tire coverage for over $2,000 as part of my deal. I recently got a chip in my windshield and have tried repeatedly to get information on how to use this coverage, with no success: part of my deal. No response either time. Visited the dealership in person to ask about it. Still no information. Was redirected to the service department. Went to service in person — no one was available to help. Left two messages through the dealership's website. No response to either. I've now made five separate attempts, through four different channels, over 3 weeks, to use coverage I paid over $2,000 for. At this point, I'm no longer asking — I'm documenting this as a paper trail, because my next step is escalating this through legal and regulatory channels. More

We came in to the dealership, test drove a car, got a quote for our trade in, and we're ready to make a deal. But we left because we wanted to think about it. Literally 30 min later we called the dealership and told them we were ready to come back in because we had secured the financing for the deal discussed. The sales manager, Shenal, called back and said that they were going to add $3000 to the price and retracted what they had quoted us just before. What the heck is that? Are you guys in the habit of retracting prices quoted to your customers? If you made a mistake you should have taken responsibility for the mistake. Basically this dealership is not trustworthy and shady. From reading some other reviews this is not one time thing.
