I took my less than one year old Toyota that had just a few thousand miles on it in for a safety recall. After they took the car in to perform the service, the service writer came out and stated that my ca few thousand miles on it in for a safety recall. I took the car home, put it on my lift and inspected all four sets of pads and rotors. They were in perfect condition. As was the air filter and the engine oil. What a disgusting attempt at ripping off a customer. Find a mechanic that you can trust. More

Great Service Department I took my 2011 Toyota Prius in for an oil change, I was greeted by Sean ALINAGHIAN (assistant service manager) he wrote up my work order for the oil c I took my 2011 Toyota Prius in for an oil change, I was greeted by Sean ALINAGHIAN (assistant service manager) he wrote up my work order for the oil change and for a couple of recall items that I had on my Toyota. I also asked him about a item that needed to be replaced on the drivers side door, and the price to replace the part and install, was much better then what I was quoted at another dealership in Colorado, so I went ahead and added that to the work order. I was impressed how courteous everyone in the service department was that I had contact with, in person and over the phone, everyone was helpful, including the shuttle driver. I did leave my car over night, so when I went back to pick it up the next day, Sean was off, but they had my paper work ready for me, and I was in and out in no time. I just went to the service writer's desk and they were able to check me out, I didn't have to go to a cashier and stand in line, like other dealerships, I thought this made me feel special as a customer. I purchased my Toyota Prius back in 2011 at Maui Toyota in Hawaii, and I shipped it to the mainland in 2018, since that time this is the third dealership that it has been to, it has been to one other in California and one in Colorado, Elmore Toyota, by far has been the best dealership of all the dealerships. I plan to be using Elmore Toyota for all of my service needs in the future. I liked the idea that when I picked my car up it had been washed, and it was also ready when they said it would be ready, Elmore Toyota went above and beyond in my case, keep up the good work, More
