Sold my car to Elmore Toyota after I submitted a KBB instant cash offer request online. They were the only dealer to reach out to me, which I think speaks to their proactiveness. I worked with Cathy who instant cash offer request online. They were the only dealer to reach out to me, which I think speaks to their proactiveness. I worked with Cathy who was very great to work with and a great communicator. I didn't interface with the manager, but Mario was the manager who approved the final sale. Sold the car for what I think was a fair price. The only minor negative was the wait as I was told I would spend 30-50 minutes here and it was more like 2 hours, but I expected a bit of a wait so I'm not going to take off stars for this - just something to keep in mind! Also they were probably busy after the holiday weekend perhaps. More
I took my less than one year old Toyota that had just a few thousand miles on it in for a safety recall. After they took the car in to perform the service, the service writer came out and stated that my ca few thousand miles on it in for a safety recall. After they took the car in to perform the service, the service writer came out and stated that my car needed new brakes, a new air filter and had dirty engine oil. I declined the service. I took the car home, put it on my lift and inspected all four sets of pads and rotors. They were in perfect condition. As was the air filter and the engine oil. What a disgusting attempt at ripping off a customer. Find a mechanic that you can trust. More
Confirmed advertised sale price on late model Toyota with Internet Sales Manager, specifically mentioned the price. When I showed up to test drive they had some song and dance as to how "dealer installed" op Internet Sales Manager, specifically mentioned the price. When I showed up to test drive they had some song and dance as to how "dealer installed" options would cost nearly $4000 more and "couldn't be removed". Asked the salesman to show me where this was disclosed in the ad and showed him my copy of the ad. He couldn't find the "small letter" he kept referring to anywhere. A complete waste of time. Was ready to buy at their price then and there but this dishonest practice soured me on them. Would rather give my money to someone else. More
If want to deal with fast talking salesmen that misrepresent the car - this is the right place to pay more and leave feeling abused - never again misrepresent the car - this is the right place to pay more and leave feeling abused - never again More
A little story time here. 🤣 Don’t ever go to Toyota Elmore. Honestly, I already got my loan sorted out from my bank and all I have to do is look for a car. They were tryi 🤣 Don’t ever go to Toyota Elmore. Honestly, I already got my loan sorted out from my bank and all I have to do is look for a car. They were trying to have us use their finance (which is their business move btw) and we kept saying no. This guy (I wouldn’t even include his name) basically said I wasn’t approved because I’m way too young and my credit was “LOW” when my bank already APPROVED me without a co-signer and I’m literally 22. 🤣 They already got my information (including my ssn) and all they needed to do was let us take the car home since I really wanted that car. I guess they just lost another customer today. If ya’ll got good experience with them, that’s awesome. I didn’t and I would not recommend for you guys to go there. It’s a rip off. More
Do not waste your time at Elmore Toyota. I went in with all the intent of purchasing a certain Corolla. I saw the advertised price, test drove it, and then talked numbers. Price wasn’t what I went in with all the intent of purchasing a certain Corolla. I saw the advertised price, test drove it, and then talked numbers. Price wasn’t what I wanted so I left and decided to wait for Labor Day weekend, even though the assistant sales manager, Raul Delgado, assured me it was already on Labor Day sale price. Waited 4 days and lo and behold the price dropped almost $900. Maybe because they can’t seem to get rid of it and have had it on the lot since June. Decided to give it a second go and made an appointment with another sales associate. I go in and things seem well. They break down the pricing and even showed me an itemized pricing list of their dealer add-ons, which are ridiculous, but I appreciated seeing it all broken down. The package is $3995 additional. I understand that “maybe” we wouldn’t be able to take it all off but the $1800 security system was the number one thing I did NOT want. Read any dealer contract and it will say that the purchase of theft protection is VOLUNTARY and not a requirement for the purchase, lease, or financing of a vehicle. Well, they refused to take it off. If they would’ve, I could have definitely closed a deal with them. I was willing to overlook the $1200 for “Finishing Touch”, which correct me if I’m wrong, is just a sealant that probably costs them $50 a bottle, if even that. They also told me they wouldn’t be able to use my loan from my credit union and I would HAVE to go through their financing. But the first time I came in they told me they worked directly with OCCU and could easily use and access my loan. Seems fishy. I understand that they are also trying to make money, but seems like they’re doing too much. Used car prices are starting to go down, it shouldn’t have been this hard to try and make a deal with them. Almost $29,000 for a used Corolla is insanity and I think most people would laugh in my face if I told them that’s what I paid. Tough. I really liked the car they had but it’s not worth it to have to deal with this dealership. Extremely disappointing. This is a time where I wish you could rate negative stars. More

Elmore Toyota wanted to charge me $180 just to tell me nothing wrong with the engine. I took it to Penske Toyota, they fixed the issue and I wasn't charged a dime. Stay away from Elmore Toyota. More
