A young man walked up to me with a big smile and greeted me. Kenneth Beardsley is his name if I can recall correctly. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles and answering all the questions I had for him. I test drove a couple cars with him and absolutely fell in love with the all new RAV4. Even though I love the car I wasn’t sure if I wanted to buy it today and being the kind person Kenneth is he did not pressure or hassle me for not waiting to buy it right then. If anyone is looking to buy a vehicle here I highly recommend you ask for Kenneth Beardsley. More

I go so far as to posit that their behavior was intentionally designed to manipulate and mislead me. My girlfriend, who accompanied me, was witness to their fraudulent claims, agreements, and specificities regarding add-ons and features. If this isn't too presumptuous to say, it takes nothing more than a cursory web search to discover that Tony (one of the managers) apparently has a history of fraudulent business dealings. Based on my experience alone with three different individuals (Tony, George, and Nicholas) at Elmore Toyota, I would never advise anyone to buy from them. More
