Hassle free experience with everyone who helped. We were shopping for used cars. They didn't try to pressure us into something newer which I appreciated. The internet price was reasonable and glad th We were shopping for used cars. They didn't try to pressure us into something newer which I appreciated. The internet price was reasonable and glad they kept their word. The sales person offered optional packages but I did not want them, which he was understanding. Then they called the manager and he tried to sell me the same packages. Howerver the manager was contradicting what the sales person told me. The manager was telling me the packages are pre installed so I still need to pay for them, or I had to pay to uninstall them . The manager was very pushy and telling me I didnt have an option to take off the alarm. After I told them that thats not what the sales person told me they agreed to take off the optional package (alarm,seal, vin tags etc.) Financing and the Jorge Elizarraras were supportive and able to answer all our questions. I will definitely be coming back when car shopping. I want to ring the bell again!. More
