Waited 3 hours and paid $100 to be told nothing was wrong. But my truck still running a high voltage. Told me the 14.7 to 15.1 was normal when under a load. I told them it was like this a 100% of the time, even when was not under a load for over 75 miles on the interstate. But they insisted this is normal. My 2019 Colorado has always run 12.4 to 13.5, and normally 12.4 after a few miles down the road.Never did this before. So, I have made an appointment with another dealership to see if they can tell me the problem. More

DON’T USE THE ONLINE SCHEDULING! Waited 2 weeks to find out I didn’t have an appointment. It was never confirmed by the online scheduler. If you need a service appointment, call! Only 2 issues. Waited a little over an hour for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Too long in my opinion.
