Good Afternoon Mary, We apologize that you're unhappy with the service we provided. We made several attempts to duplicate the convertible top issue you described when dropping off your vehicle. After several attempts, the system worked as designed each time and we couldn't duplicate any failures. Duplicating a concern is crucial in pinpointing the correct failed part for replacement. Without duplicating the concern, any repair attempts would be guessing at that point. .
