Came in for alignment. Left dissatisfied because my jeep now has a death wobble!!! I called back that same day about 4:45 pm left my service tech a message on her voice ma Left dissatisfied because my jeep now has a death wobble!!! So I literally got off the phone with her she said to I was her till 5:30 I said to her well I left you a voice mail .so if I didn't call her she wasn't going to call me Not a good service tech . And she knew that my jeep wrangler wasn't fixed properly do to the alignment. And now after I called her I get a review txt sent to my phone . I didn't mention all this took place on july 10 . 2023 And im just getting a review txt on the July 12. 2023 I spoke with a specialist on jeeps he in form me to take back to whom ever caused issues in the alignment process. And he said he can fix the problem but it will be the 20th before he could get to it. And on top of that I bought over $400 worth of parts that I may not or just don't need .they quoted me over $2000 labor and parts my front tires started to chop so I had them to rotate them to the back so I suspect to have a little rough of a ride but xxxx not being able to drive from the facility and literally let me drive home like before correcting the issue!! Now is that good customer service Mrs.Carla...Carla.... I'll wait for u to not call me!!! To top that off Carla took my car there last year and left perfectly fine I don't know what happen, but this place has gone downhill. If I could give this place 0 stars I came in to spend $100 on a alignment and for there mistake they tried to charge me almost over 4,000 dollars I don't reccomed this place they mess up your vehicles and don't want to rectify the mistakes they made. More
