Beware!!!! Stay Away From These Con Artists!!!! If you want a nice car, a car that you will get your money worth, a car that will not break down on you within the 1st few months NEVER GO TO BE APPRO If you want a nice car, a car that you will get your money worth, a car that will not break down on you within the 1st few months NEVER GO TO BE APPROVED USED CARS!!! They sold 2 bad cars. I had to pay over $1,500 in repairs for the 1st car, Audi A4. The head gas blew & the engine was wearing out extremely bad. I traded in the Audi (8/24/2015) under the impression that getting a less expensive on repairs car (2013 Nissan Altima) would give me less problems. Within the 1st week I had several problems with the 2nd car. The windows wouldn't let down, the seats didn't move, the car would slow down/wouldn't accelerate when I made turns (which could potential cause an accident), the air conditioning stopped working & would only come on at times only when I was driving, the body control module is broken, etc. I reported all of this within the 1st week of owning the vehicle. Still nothing done. I was sent to the mechanic. But, they wasn't cooperating with the mechanic themselves. Gabriel Castro lied & said that he was ordering the pieces to repair the Nissan. But, the mechanic that was going to fix the car confirmed that Gabriel was lying. They also never came through with pieces that were missing/broken on the Audi. The Audi is in terrible condition yet they put it back on the lot (to sell it to someone else who would fall for their scheme). They constantly kept lying & giving me the run around about it. Be Approved Used Cars also hasn't paid the remainder balance (a little under $10,000) on the Audi I traded in, which soon will go to delinquency & reflect my credit. As far as that, they still haven't paid the remainder balance of my 1st car. Keep your money. Don't go there & waste it with these scammers. They also told me to never call them back. Even though they owe on 1 of my cars & I still have a piece of xxxx Altima through them. More

STAY FAR AWAY THEY ARE NOT EVEN LICENSED!! TAKE YOUR $ On 7/15/2015, I signed a contract agreement for my 2014 Chevy Malibu with the dealership. A friend i co-signed for me as the primary and put the car under her insurance company as well (Allstate). Westlake Financial approved my loan and then we placed full coverage insurance on the vehicle. Actually, it's still insured right now. My first car payment was due in 45 days/8/28/2015. But, on 8/14/2015; my car was repossessed from my house in Palm Beach and sent to a tow company in Miami. No one contacted the co-signer or myself concerning any issue. They said Westlake Financial had the car on hold and for me to be able to get my personal property back I will have to pay 100 dollars to their company. So, I went back to the dealership and seen my car, it was recently detailed and back on the show room floor. Gabriel Castro sold me the car and told me in order to get my car back I have to pay Westlake Financial 1,500 dollars. Now, when I call the company(Westlake Customer Service) and speak to a supervisor, they say our account does not exist. So my wife called the dealer ship and asks for a supervisor and is told they are busy and they don't care what we are talking about anymore!!!! I have a wife and 4 kids to support one is a new born.
