My new car was delivered dirty. I expected a car valued at over fifty thousand dollars would at least be washed and sticker residue on the rear window would be removed. The salesman later brought by a set of the standard mats. I objected to the standard mats and asked for the upgraded mats that we paid for. The salesman told us that he had the correct is the mats and when we went by the dealership he removed a set of the upgraded mats from a car on the lot. The only problem we have had with the car is the passenger side sensor gives erroneous indications from time to time. It senses a vehicle in the blind spot when nothing is there. I was told they checked the computer and were not able to duplicate the problem. They should have driven the car for three or four blocks if they wanted to see the problem. I realize this may just be a fluke that I have to live with. All I ask is that the service people to be honest with me and not blow me off. I consider your dealership to be about the same as any other dealership. More

Not too pleased with vehicle, in carfax it shows no wrecks but further investigation tells a different story. The suburban vibrates at higher speeds drivers side door makes alot of wind noise as if som wrecks but further investigation tells a different story. The suburban vibrates at higher speeds drivers side door makes alot of wind noise as if something is not align right, drivers drl is broken drivers side turn signal does not work, lines that feed windshield washer fluid to windshield is broken at several spots, plastics missing on drivers side door. Very disappointed, it seems all the problems are on the drivers side which tells of a hit on the drivers side. I have been trying to contact eddie lugo and finally he gets back to me today to schedule some items to be fixed.the sales and financing were good but the vehicle im dissapointed with. At the time of purchasing and looking the vehicle over with excitment its easy to overlook important things/problems/issues. More
