Diane, we are more than happy to help you with the warranty claim on your vehicle. However, the engine has a lot of sludge. It appears that the oil has not been changed regularly. In order for us to help you with your warranty claim we will need the service records for the vehicle because the Lincoln factory requires this due to the sludge in the engine. Our dealership has no record of the oil being changed at our dealership in over 20,000 miles. If you do not have the service records saved you can likely obtain them at the shop that performed your oil changes. Our service director has been in contact with your husband to help assist with the warranty claim with the manufacture. We hope to work with you and resolve this as quickly as possible.
