The customer service team are always helpful and knowledgeable. The salesperson Fred Hoyer. Finance Fred and Destinee really took care of me during this deal. I always get a call from Ms Garcia afterwards. Lincoln works as a TEAM. The only "I" in team is the customer. More

In January of 2025 I bought a new Lincoln Nautilus from Bayway Lincoln. Soon after we got it home we started having some mechanical and computer issues with our Nautilus. We were very concerned about the Bayway Lincoln. Soon after we got it home we started having some mechanical and computer issues with our Nautilus. We were very concerned about the issues, so I emailed the owner, general manager, service manager, sales manager and our sales representative about the problem. Very soon after, I got a call from the CEO and Owner, Darryl Wischnewsky. He told me he read my email while he was at a doctor’s appointment but wanted to assure me that he would get on top of it as soon as his appointment was over. Next I received a call from Lance Willis, the General Manager and his team. They delivered a loaner car to my home and brought our vehicle back to the dealership to have it checked out. After a few days of checking out the car they returned it to us. At the time, it appeared like all of the issues were resolved. We have had the car for a few months now and are very happy with it. Unfortunately, we are still having an issue with the computer system and plan to take it in next week to have it checked out. Regardless, I would like to thank Darry, Lance and their team for the top notch service that they have provided us. I believe they have gone the extra mile to address our concerns and I feel like I’m in very good hands going forward. Bayway Lincoln really cares about their customers and I highly recommend them. I would also like to give a special thanks to our Sales Rep., Frederick Young, Sales Manager, James Williams and Service Manager, Dwayne Dossett for their assistance.
